The saying that "The end doesn't justifies the means!", applies to this situation. Because even your goal is positive, the result is positive (because you are sexy and fit), if your way, such as exercising to the maximum level more than what your body is capable of, is still wrong!
Let us go back to the basic. Why do some people results to exercising until they are totally exhausted? First, you must be enjoying so much on what you are doing! Second, you must have misconception that the more you exercise, the longer hours you spend in exercising, the higher the possibility that you will attain a healthier body.
Here are some good points of reminders for you. You always have to consider your health at all cost. Try to imagine that if you exercise beyond normal or what your body is capable of, you will feel excessively tired! You will be totally exhausted! Too much exercise might results to breaking down your muscles. It might results to damage on the different parts of your body. It might also results to damage on your bone or cartilage or even to your ligament. For girls out there, you have to take note that your regular menstrual cycle might be disrupted if you exercise too much especially during menstrual period.
Constantly exercising until exhaustion might results to some severe damage or effect on the body. Some examples are osteoporosis and other bone problems. If you are too careless in exercising, doing too much might also result to mild to severe heart attack.
So what then you should do? Go for a healthier way of exercising. You should always make sure that you would not go beyond thirty (30) minutes in a day. Or all in all, do not exercise more than 5 hours in one week.
Don't wait for the time that you will be addict to exercising too much. Because eventually, you might be need some professional health to cure your "disorder."
